Today, I had the privilege of guiding a client through a
remarkable Past Life Regression session.
She was naturally introverted and found it difficult to
openly share the emotional struggles she had been carrying within. Often, the
deepest wounds are not expressed through words—they remain hidden beneath the
surface, silently affecting our well-being.
As the session progressed, I gently guided her through
experiences that emerged from a past life. Interestingly, the unresolved
emotions did not appear as memories alone; they manifested as intense pain in
specific parts of her body. In my experience, the body often becomes a
messenger for emotions that the mind is unable or unwilling to express.
Using the healing techniques I have been trained in, we
worked through these energetic blockages. As the healing unfolded, the pain
gradually dissolved, and a profound sense of lightness replaced the burden she
had been carrying.
When she returned from the session, the transformation was
unmistakable. Her face looked radiant, her energy felt lighter, and there was a
quiet peace in her presence.
Moments like these remind me that healing is not always
about changing the past. Sometimes, it is about bringing awareness, releasing
old burdens, and allowing the soul to reconnect with its natural state of
balance and joy.
The human body remembers. The soul remembers. And when
healing happens, both begin to shine.
